Brook Risner
Evolve co-founder Brook Risner is an expert in the technologies that drive the contact center industry. He
has managed telecommunications infrastructures, computer systems, networking, and high-end distributable software packages.
(yeah, he's a computer geek!)
Before entering the telemarketing sector of the direct marketing industry, Brook co-founded and operated a
database management, direct mail, and fulfillment company. He was the Chief Financial Officer and was also responsible
for the day to day production.
At Evolve, Brook's background in all things technological keeps the team on the cutting edge, poised and ready to take
our clients to the next level.

Thomas C. Blumberg Jr.
Evolve co-founder T.C. Blumberg is one of the industries foremost authorities in high-end direct response tele-sales.
His innovative methods and philosophies have been proven successful for many direct response products in his 10 years
of experience, including one of the most successful products in infomercial history.
T.C. graduated from Central Michigan University in 1991. He has held the full spectrum of roles within the industry
including accounting, client services, media analyst, and VP of Operations. T.C. was named COO of TSI in 1998.
After TSI was acquired by Protocol in 2000 he became Vice President of Direct Response and remained in that role through
the fall of 2003.
At Evolve, T.C. has assembled an operations team where skill is matched only by success.
Terry R. Hughson
Terry Hughson brings 33 years of IT experience to our team and has been with Evolve since its inception.
Over the years, Terry worked with companies to provide referral and service bureau technical services. His experience
covers a wide range of technologies including those used in banks, manufacturing, telephony management, marketing services,
and now contact centers.
These days, Terry heads up our technical team as the Director of Information Technology. His work ethic
and attention to detail keeps us motivated and sharp. Whether working in SQL, xml, .net or on the floor under a workstation,
Terry is focused on making technology work FOR our clients.
Grady Kennon
Grady Kennon
joined Evolve Tele-Services, Inc. in October 2003, bringing with him 8 years of direct response experience.
Grady currently serves as Evolve's Director of Operations, a position that supports and meets (and usually exceeds!)
our clients' goals and expectations.
Grady
graduated from Davenport University in 1997 with a degree in Sales and Marketing. In the past 8 years, he has put
it to use by developing and instituting a consultative sales process. It has been perfected internally and been
proven to win programs such as Total Gym, AB Lounge, Gazelle, Jakes Ab Scissor and many more. Grady continues to ensure
quality of service for the client, customer and Evolve Tele-Services, Inc.
Justin Kilgore
Justin Kilgore joined Evolve
Tele-Services, Inc in November of 2003 bringing with him 7 years of direct response experience. Justin serves as Evolve’s
Director of Client Services, a position he knows well.
Justin graduated from Michigan
State University in 1995 and since then has helped create winning solutions for companies such as Total Gym, Gazelle, Ab Lounge,
Easy Shaper, Body Blade, Adams Golf, Natural Golf, Body by Jakes Ab Scissor, BareEscentuals, and many more.
Justin's understanding of operations and the technology that drives it offers clients a "no-surprises" dynamic
setup and ongoing skilled management for the life of the program.
